Welcome to our Ride Up Workshop, where you can ride to our small but comfortable premises and have a custom seat cover made while you wait. Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before booking or attending our workshop.
1. Booking and Appointment
- Appointments for the Ride Up Workshop must be booked in advance via our website, phone, or email. Walk-ins are welcome but are subject to availability.
- Customers are encouraged to arrive on time for their scheduled appointment. Delays may affect the estimated time of service completion.
2. Service Duration
- The time required to create a custom seat cover varies depending on the design and specifications requested. Typically, this process takes between 1 to 3 hours, you will be given an estimate at the time of booking.
- While we aim to complete the service within the estimated time, unforeseen circumstances may cause delays.
3. Customer Responsibility
- Customers must provide accurate information regarding their bike model, seat size, and any specific requirements in advance.
- The bike seat must be in good condition and safe to work on. We reserve the right to refuse service if our work will result in damage to the seat.
4. Workshop Environment and Safety
- Our workshop is an active working environment. Customers are asked to stay in designated waiting areas and avoid restricted zones for their safety.
- We do not take responsibility for any accidents or injuries caused by customers’ failure to comply with safety guidelines.
5. Payment Terms
- Full payment is required upon completion of the service. We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and other payment methods as specified on our website.
6. Cancellations and Rescheduling
- Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
7. Refunds and Returns
- Due to the custom nature of our seat covers, all sales are final. Refunds are only provided in cases where a manufacturing defect is identified.
- If you experience any issues with the workmanship of your seat cover, please contact us within 7 days for an evaluation and possible repair or replacement.
8. Liability
- While we take every precaution to protect your bike during service, we are not responsible for any pre-existing damage.
- We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from being parked at our premises.
